In-home Setup/Repair [$75/hr]

Aiden will come directly to you to assist with any tech service you need. This could be anything from setting up a new tablet or phone, to resolving software issues on your laptop or personal computer. If you require any home service, this package is right for you. To get started, just send an email to ladnertechsupport@gmail.com with as much detail about your issue as you can. A minimum rate of half an hour will be charged for all house visits. If the service required takes less than half an hour, Aiden will spend the remaining time answering any questions and helping with any additional tech services if applicable. 

In-home Informative Lesson [$60/hr]

Aiden will come directly to you to assist with learning about any tech item you need. This could be anything from learning how to use a new phone/computer to teaching you how to do day-to-day quality of life tasks like freeing up space on your device. By the end of the session, Aiden will ensure that you are confident with your newfound knowledge and ready to make full use of your devices. All lessons also include a written transcript of the key ideas covered. A minimum rate of half an hour will be charged for all house visits. Online Informative Lesson [$45/hr]

Aiden will host an online tutorial covering any tech item or advice you need. This could be anything from learning how to use a new phone/computer to teaching you how to do day-to-day quality of life tasks like freeing up space on your device. Payment accepted via cash or e-transfer, minimum half an hour charge for all services. If your issue isn't solved, you don't pay.
